The ECX-P series is a family of surface mount, low jitter, LVPECL crystal oscillators with frequency ranges from 10.000 to 1500.0 MHz, operating supply voltages of 2.5V or 3.3V, and package options including 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The ECX-P2 variant operates at 2.5V with frequency stability options of ±20 to ±100 ppm, input current ranging from 46 to 68 mA depending on frequency, and output rise/fall times up to 250 ps. Phase jitter is specified at 1.0 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz. Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to +70°C standard, or -40°C to +85°C for the N option. The device features an enable pin with internal pull-up, 3kV ESD protection, and a gold-plated termination.
