The ECX-H series is a family of surface mount HCMOS crystal-controlled oscillators with frequency ranges from 10.000 to 250.000 MHz, designed for low jitter and low current operation. The ECX-H27CM-133.333 variant uses a 7.0 x 5.0 mm package, operates at 2.5 V supply voltage, and has a frequency stability of ±25 ppm over the extended temperature range of -40 to +85°C. It draws 35 mA typical current at 150.1 to 250 MHz, with output symmetry of 48/52% at 50% Vcc, rise and fall times up to 1500 ps, and phase jitter of 1.0 ps RMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. The output is HCMOS with a 15 pF load, and pin 1 has an internal pull-up resistor when left unconnected. Termination is gold, moisture sensitivity level is 1, and ESD tolerance is 3 kV HBM.
