ECX-H25BN-148.500 is a surface mount HCMOS crystal oscillator with a 2.5V supply, 5x3.2mm package size, and ±50 ppm frequency stability over the -40°C to +85°C operating range. It operates from 10.0 to 250.0 MHz, with an input current of 30 mA at 148.5 MHz, and outputs a 15 pF HCMOS load with 48/52% symmetry. Phase jitter is 1.0 ps RMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. The oscillator meets ESD sensitivity standards up to 3 kV HBM, has a moisture sensitivity level of 1, and uses gold termination. Pin 1 has an internal pull-up resistor when left open. Rise and fall times are specified at 1500 ps maximum, with output disable and enable times of 50 ns and 200 ns respectively.
