The ECS-2018 is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator designed for high-density applications, operating at 1.8V with a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint. It supports frequency ranges from 0.750 to 50.000 MHz and offers frequency stability options of ±100 ppm (A), ±50 ppm (B), or ±25 ppm (C). The standard operating temperature range is -10 to +70°C, with an extended option (-40 to +85°C) available. Input current varies by frequency: 2.5 mA up to 30.000 MHz, 3.0 mA up to 40.000 MHz, and 3.5 mA up to 50.000 MHz. Output is HCMOS with a 15 pF load, rise and fall times of 10 ns, and output levels at 10% and 90% VDD. Stand-by current is 10 μA when pin 1 is at VIL. The package is ceramic-based with AuSn sealing and gold/nickel-plated tungsten terminals, and it is RoHS compliant.
