ECX-H23CM-32.000 is a surface mount HCMOS crystal oscillator with a 3.2 x 2.5 mm footprint, operating at 32.000 MHz, supplied at 2.5 V, and rated for ±25 ppm frequency stability over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. It offers a phase jitter of 0.98 ps RMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz, consumes 25 mA, and uses a 6-pin package with output enable functionality controlled via pin 1. The device meets a moisture sensitivity level of 1 and has an ESD tolerance of 3 kV human body model.
