The ECX-1247 is a compact surface mount crystal oscillator with a footprint of 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.3 mm, suitable for various applications including LoRa WAN, RFID, NFC, WiFi, RF, video, and audio. It operates at frequencies ranging from 24.000 MHz to 80.000 MHz with a fundamental mode of oscillation. The frequency tolerance is ¬±20 ppm at +25¬8C, and it maintains frequency stability of ¬±20 ppm over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. The shunt capacitance is specified at 5 pF, with a load capacitance of 8 pF. The device supports a drive level of 100 OºW and is RoHS compliant. It is designed for a wide operating temperature range and is available in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.
