The device handles a DC withstanding voltage of 100 V and has an insulation resistance of 100 MΩ at 10 V for 1 minute. Aging is ±0.1% over the first year at +25°C. It is rated for storage temperatures from -55°C to +85°C and complies with MSL 1, Sn/Ag lead finish. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
