The ECS-98.3-20-20A-TR is a surface mount quartz crystal intended for applications requiring stable frequency references, such as communications and embedded systems. It features a glass-sealed ceramic package with dimensions conforming to the CSM-8A series, operating from -10°C to +70°C and storing from -40°C to +85°C. The part operates at 9.8304 MHz with a load capacitance of 20 pF, a frequency tolerance of ±30 ppm at +25°C, and frequency stability of ±50 ppm across the operating range. Drive level is 500 µW, with a maximum equivalent series resistance of 60 Ω in fundamental mode. It is RoHS compliant with an Au lead finish and MSL 1 rating, and supports reflow soldering up to +260°C for 10 seconds max.
