The ECS-7050MV is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with MultiVolt™ capability, operating from 1.6 to 3.6 V and housed in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm ceramic package. It supports frequencies from 1.000 to 160.00 MHz, with a frequency stability of ±50 ppm across the -40 to +85°C temperature range. The output is CMOS with a 15 pF load, rise and fall times of 10 ns max, and a start-up time of 5 ms. Phase jitter is 1 ps from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. Standby current is 10 µA, and the device is RoHS compliant. The part includes a tri-state function on pin 1 and is available in tape and reel packaging.
