The ECS-2033 is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator with a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint, operating at 3.3 VDC. It supports frequencies from 0.750 to 75.000 MHz, with a standard operating temperature range of -10 to +70 °C and an extended option (-40 to +85 °C). Output symmetry is 40/60%, rise and fall times are 10 ns, and supply current ranges from 5 to 24 mA depending on frequency. It complies with RoHS standards and has a CMOS output load of 15 pF. The package is ceramic with metal lid and AuSn sealing, with tungsten terminals plated in gold/nickel.
