ECS-3953M-AU is a 3.3V automotive-grade SMD clock oscillator with a 5 x 7 mm footprint and operating temperature range of -55 to +125°C. It supports frequencies from 1.000 to 200.000 MHz, with a frequency stability of ±100 ppm inclusive of all conditions. The output is HCMOS compatible with a 30 pF load, and rise/fall times are 2.5 ns for frequencies above 100 MHz. Supply voltage ranges from 2.97 to 3.63 VDC. The device is RoHS compliant and includes tri-state control via Pin #1 with a 30% VDD threshold for disable. Startup time is 10 ms, and period jitter is 25 ps one sigma.
