The ECS-3225MVQ is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with a 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.2 mm ceramic package, designed for low-power, portable, industrial, and automotive applications. It operates over a frequency range of 1.000 to 160.000 MHz and supports a supply voltage of 1.7 to 3.6 V. The device is AEC-Q200 qualified with an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C. Output load is 15 pF CMOS, with a rise and fall time of 7 ns and a duty cycle of 45/55% at half Vdd. The oscillator includes a tri-state function controlled by pin 1 and a standby current of 10 µA. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm for the B option, and it features a phase jitter of 1 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz. The part is supplied in 1K/reel packaging.
