The ECS-3225MV is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with MultiVolt™ capability, operating from 1.62 to 3.63 V and available in a 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.2 mm ceramic package. It supports frequencies from 1.8432 to 160.00 MHz with a frequency stability of ±50 ppm over the extended temperature range of -40 to +85°C. The output load is 15 pF, with rise and fall times of 7 ns, a startup time of 10 ms, and a duty cycle of 45/55% at half Vdd. Standby current is 10 µA, and phase jitter is 1 ps from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. The device is RoHS compliant, features a tri-state function on pin 1, and has a recommended reflow profile with a peak temperature of 260°C ±5°C for up to 10 seconds. MSL rating is 1 with gold lead finish.
