The ECS-2016MVQ is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with MultiVolt™ capability operating from 1.7 to 3.63 V, designed for industrial and automotive applications. It features a 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.85 mm ceramic package, operates over a temperature range of -40 to +85°C, and is AEC-Q200 qualified. The oscillator supports frequencies from 1.5 to 54 MHz with a frequency stability of ±25 ppm, and delivers a CMOS output into 15 pF load with a maximum rise/fall time of 6.5 ns. Standby current is 10 µA, and phase jitter is 1 ps from 12 kHz to 5 MHz. RoHS compliant with a maximum reflow temperature of 260°C.
