The ECOC-2522 is a surface mount OCXO with a 25.4 x 22.0 x 12.2 mm CMOS SMD package designed for cellular, radar, test and measurement, and IoT applications. It operates from 2.000 to 100.000 MHz with frequency stability options of ±5 ppb (0 to +50°C), ±10 ppb (-20 to +70°C), or ±30 ppb (-40 to +75°C), and a supply voltage of 5.0 V option (4.75 to 5.25 V). Power consumption is 3.6 W at turn-on and 1.4 W in steady state. The output is CMOS with a 15 pF load, 5 ns rise and fall time, and a 45/55% duty cycle. Aging is ±1.0 ppb per day after 30 days and ±500 ppb over 10 years. It is RoHS compliant with a storage temperature range of -40 to +100°C.
