The ECX-33B2Q is a miniature SMD crystal with a 3.2 x 2.5 mm footprint, AEC-Q200 qualified, and RoHS compliant. It operates from 8.000 to 54.000 MHz with a fundamental mode of oscillation, a load capacitance of 8 pF, and a maximum drive level of 200 μW. Frequency tolerance at +25°C is ±30 ppm, and frequency stability over the extended temperature range of -40 to +150°C is ±150 ppm for the VY option. Equivalent series resistance ranges from 35 Ω to 500 Ω depending on frequency. The part has a shunt capacitance of 2 pF and an aging rate of ±2 ppm over the first year at +25°C. It supports reflow soldering with a peak temperature of +260°C for 10 seconds and is MSL 1 with gold lead finish.
