EA Elektro-Automatik Inc. IsoVu™ Isolated Current Probes TICP050

The IsoVu,Ñ¢ Isolated Current Probe TICP050 from EA Elektro-Automatik Inc. is designed for high-performance current measurements with complete galvanic isolation, which eliminates ground loops and enhances common mode rejection. It features a 50 Oc input impedance and low noise performance of less than 4.7 nV/,àöHz, making it suitable for accurate measurements on shunts. The probe supports a wide current measurement range, from microamperes to hundreds of amperes, depending on the shunt used, and is compatible with various Tektronix oscilloscopes. The TICP050 offers three bandwidth options: 1 GHz, 500 MHz, and 250 MHz, and includes multiple attenuation tips to extend the differential voltage range. It provides a maximum common mode voltage of 1.8 kV and a DC gain accuracy of 1.5%. The probe is particularly effective for applications such as current shunt measurements, power converter designs, and floating gate measurements.
