Tridak's Model 340PS fluid dispensing valve offers true positive-displacemen t operation with the efficiency of disposable fluid path technology. Sequenced piston actuation within the Model 340PS valve dispenses a consistent volume of fluid regardless of material viscosity or viscosity fluctuation. This performance feature is accentuated in applications that require extremely precise dispense volume repetition. The Model 340PS positive-displacemen t dispensing valve is effective with numerous materials including troublesome materials that are extremely high or low in viscosity, possess stringy characteristics, or have drifting viscosities due to limited pot life. With minor modification, this dispensing valve can be gang mounted for multi-component dispensing. The Model 340PS positive-displacemen t dispensing valve must be actuated with a Tridak Model 340 dispensing valve controller. This controller is specifically programmed to initiate the proper piston sequencing to produce positive-displacemen t fluid dispensing. The Model 340PS dispensing valve is available with urethane, flex-PE, or Teflon® tubing.
