Dymax GA-140 gasketing sealant is designed to seal fuel cells, automotive door handles, appliance housings, and critical electronic assemblies and devices requiring a soft, tack-free, flexible gasket with a low compression set. GA-140 has good adhesion to nylon and plastic surfaces and may help to improve and extend the life of EV batteries and increase their reliability.
The gasket material easily dispenses into intricate and complex recesses and channels and cures in seconds with UV/Visible light to speed up production and reduce inventory.
When cured with Dymax light-curing spot lamps, focused-beam lamps, or flood lamps, it delivers optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax lamps offer the ideal balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures.
