INTERCOOL OP-100 is an ethylene glycol based industrially inhibited heat transfer fluid optimal for freeze point suppression and single fluid heating and cooling applications with an operating range of -60°F to 350°F. Industrial Inhibitors Intercool OP-100 contains industrial corrosion control inhibitors which have been specially formulated to extend fluid service life as well as provide a higher level of reserve alkalinity and less maintenance requirements through re-inhibiting. The inhibitor package consisting of Phosphate, Boron, Nitrite, and Tolyltriazole (TTZ) protects your system and its components including ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper, copper alloys, steel, cast iron, and aluminum. The Benefits Intercool OP-100 is available in several concentrations (that can be diluted with de-ionized water) for custom freeze point suppression and offer less maintenance requirements through re-inhibiting.
