Krytox™ metallization fluids are a range of colorless, fluorinated fluids designed for use in metallization processes. Based on perfluoropolyether (PFPE) chemistry, they are nonreactive, nonflammable, chemically inert, and stable to oxidation.Krytox™ metallization fluids have outstanding evaporation properties allowing metallization processes to run at lower and more constant evaporation temperatures. The distillation process used to make these fluids produces a product which results in less residue upon evaporation.
