High Viscosity Batch Dispensing
DRUM-MATES® DM-55HVB Series high viscosity pumps supply a precise dispensing method for transferring thick liquids from drums, totes or tanks into other containers. Filling applications of all kinds can be simplified into a semi-automatic process by setting the preferred volume, pressing the “Enter” button then observing the viscous material being accurately dispensed.
Built to a fine design standard for rugged industrial use, the DM-55HVB high viscosity batching pump can be used with either TEFC or Open Drip Proof pump motor drives. Using the interchangeable pump drives with any number of pump tubes, can eliminate crosscontamination of different pH’s, thick chemicals, heavy coatings, 2 component materials, colorants, viscous polymers, resins, etc. and reduce purging requirements between material changes.
