The PDW08324 is a 37-42 GHz 4-way Wilkinson power divider/combiner designed for surface mount applications, featuring a solder surface mount package, operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and moisture sensitivity level MSL 1. It provides a nominal 6.0-6.7 dB power split, with amplitude balance within ±0.4 dB, phase balance within ±5.0°, return loss of at least 10 dB, and isolation of at least 20 dB. Excess insertion loss is 0.7 dB, with insertion loss variation within ±0.5 dB over temperature. Characteristic impedance is 50 Ω, and performance remains stable over temperature using low-loss, temperature-stable materials.
(3 dB per split) incorporating our low loss, high permittivity dielectric materials to provide small size and temperature stability. The devices integrate thin film precision resistors and are offered for both solder surface mount (SMT) and chip and wire hybrid (WB) assembly applications.
