The PDW06400 is a 12GHz 2-way Wilkinson power divider/combiner with a surface mount package. It operates from 11 to 13 GHz with a nominal 3 dB power split, ±0.25 dB amplitude balance, and ±5.0° phase balance. Excess insertion loss is 0.5 dB, return loss is 25 dB, and isolation is 20 dB. It has a 50Ω characteristic impedance, operates from -55°C to +125°C, and meets MSL1 moisture sensitivity. Physical dimensions are provided in inches but not numerically specified.
