The MLSG401M100JK0C is a SlimpackTM aluminum electrolytic capacitor designed for high-reliability military and aerospace applications, featuring a stainless steel case and a low profile of 1.5 inches in length with JK case code. It operates at 100 Vdc with a capacitance of 400 µF and a tolerance of ±20%, and is rated for 5000 hours at 125 °C. The part has a DCL of ≤0.002 CV µA at 25 °C, an ESR of 0.960 Ω at 120 Hz, and a ripple current rating of 1.5 A at 85 °C. It meets MIL-STD-202 Method 204 vibration testing at 80 g and supports operation up to 80,000 feet altitude. Thermal resistance is 6.6 °C/W with no heatsink, and ESL is ≤30 nH measured at 1 MHz. Terminals are 18 AWG copper wire with tin-lead electroplate.
