The MLS401M150EK0C is a 125 °C Flatpack™ aluminum electrolytic capacitor with 400 µF capacitance and 150 Vdc rated voltage, ±20% tolerance. It has a stainless steel case, 1.5-inch length, and weighs 43 g. Terminals are 18 AWG copper wire with tin-lead plating. Maximum ripple current is 5.1 A at 120 Hz and 6.4 A at 20 kHz, with a maximum ESR of 388 mΩ at 25 °C. It operates from −55 °C to +125 °C and meets endurance life test of 10,000 hours at 85 °C under full load. A 48- to 96-hour burn-in at 85 °C under rated voltage ensures high reliability. Vibration tolerance is 10g with standard mounting, requiring restraint for higher levels. The capacitor features a near-hermetic seal and polyester insulation.
