The MLS283M5R0EA0c is a 125 °C Flatpack™ aluminum electrolytic capacitor with a rated voltage of 5.0 Vdc, capacitance of 28,000 µF, and capacitance tolerance of ±20%. It features a stainless steel case, a 2.0-inch case length, and terminals of 18 AWG copper wire with 60/40 tin-lead electroplate. The capacitor has a maximum ESR of 50 mΩ at 120 Hz and 44 mΩ at 20 kHz, with a ripple current capability of 14.3 A at 85 °C case temperature. It supports operating temperatures from -55 °C to +125 °C, and is qualified to withstand vibration up to 10g. The part includes a near-hermetic welded seal and is designed for high-reliability applications with an expected operating life of 100 years.
