The MIN02 series is a surface mount RF capacitor designed for high power applications up to 300 Vdc, with capacitance values from 1 to 350 pF, operating from -55 °C to +200 °C without voltage derating. It uses PTFE or mica dielectric, features a gull-wing terminal for stress reduction, and maintains ultra-stable capacitance with tolerances as tight as ±5%. The part has a thermal coefficient compatible with FR4 PCBs and low ESR, enabling effective bypassing at high frequencies. It is RoHS compliant and wave solderable with no risk of cracking or delaminating.
150pF Mica Capacitor 300V Nonstandard SMD
Types MCM and MIN SMT clad PTFE and mica capacitors are top performers for high power applications requiring low inductance at high frequencies and can operate at temperatures up to 200 °C and voltages to 1000 Vdc. Choosing from 16 different configurations offers easy mounting with options for surface mount as well as through-hole and mechanical assembly. To assure high current capability in the smallest capacitors, low-capacitance ratings use polytetrafluorethyle
