The MCM01-009DD430J-F is a surface mount RF capacitor designed for high power, high frequency applications up to 1000 Vdc and 200 °C with no voltage derating. It has a capacitance of 430 pF with a tolerance of ±5%, uses mica dielectric, and features a gull-wing terminal for low stress mounting. The package is thermally conductive, nonmagnetic, and compatible with FR4 PCBs with a CTE of approximately 18 ppm/°C.
