The FPC06630 is a 10 GHz 3 dB branchline coupler designed for signal dividing or combining, utilizing high dielectric ceramic materials for compact size and temperature-stable performance. It is surface mountable with a physical size of 0.286 x 0.180 x 0.015 inches (7.264 x 4.572 x 0.381 mm) and has a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω. Operating and storage temperatures range from -55°C to +125°C, with a moisture sensitivity level of MSL1. Typical coupling is 9-11 dB, directivity exceeds 15 dB, insertion loss is specified within ±0.5 dB over temperature, and passband return loss is 15 dB. Maximum CW input power is rated at 15 W when mounted on a PCB with adequate thermal vias and heat sinking.
