The FPC06153 is an 8 to 12 GHz 20 dB directional coupler designed for monitoring incident and reflected power in high-frequency applications. It features a compact size of 0.130 x 0.090 x 0.015 inches (3.30 x 2.29 x 0.38 mm) and wirebond connections. The device has a characteristic impedance of 50 Ω, a passband insertion loss of 0.3 dB, a return loss of 15 dB, a directivity of 12 dB, and supports a continuous input power of 25 W when mounted on a PCB with adequate thermal vias and heat sinking. It operates and stores from -55°C to +125°C, maintains frequency stability over temperature, and has a moisture sensitivity level of MSL1.
