Nelson Fastener Systems Output Expansion Module Six Gunner

The new Six Gunner™ output expansion module allows you to simultaneously connect 6 guns to one output of a Nelweld 4000 or Nelweld 6000. Each gun setting can be preprogrammed by a Nelweld preset. The Six Gunner automatically selects the appropriate preset prior to each weld, allowing operator to focus on welding rather than setup. This reduces set-up time, operator mistakes, and maintenance. The Six Gunner can be mounted on top of a Nelweld 4000 or Nelweld 6000 with Quick Feet™, or moved with handles to a job site as far as 200 feet (60 M) away from the Nelweld. Quick Feet allows the Six Gunner to be securely mounted or removed from the Nelweld in seconds without the use of tools. The Six Gunner assembly has natural flow ventilation to minimize internal contamination while maximizing cooling efficiency of internal components. An environmentally sealed control module and power supply adds additional protection from shop dust, humidity, extreme temperatures and corrosion.
