Nelson Fastener Systems Drawn Arc Welding Gun System Series 4500

This economical stud welding system from Nelson is for welding fasteners up to 1/2” in diameter. The S4500 is a simple, yet rugged welding system that can be depended on to weld a whole range of fasteners for the customer. The transformer rectifier design has been the traditional topology for welding equipment for dozens of years. This welder is offered in several versions to allow the customer to connect it to 3 phase power all around the world, the 480V configuration is standard for the US. Welder includes casters for rolling the welder to the work.
