MMFTN2316K is an N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET for power switching in battery-powered devices, polarity protection, and MOSFET drivers. It is packaged in an SOT-23 (TO-236) case with approximate dimensions of 1.8 mm × 1.5 mm × 1.2 mm. The device has a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V, a continuous drain current of 6.2 A, and a maximum power dissipation of 1.5 W when mounted on a PCB with a 645 mm² copper pad. The on-state resistance at 10 V gate-source voltage and 6.2 A drain current is 23.5 mΩ maximum. The junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. It is ESD protected with a gate-source ESD rating of ±2 kV and complies with RoHS. The part is available in commercial/industrial grade and AEC-Q101 compliant or qualified variants.
