The MMFTC6420 is a dual N-channel and P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a SOT-26 package, designed for signal processing, battery management, and logic level conversion. The N-channel device has a drain-source voltage of 20 V and a continuous drain current of 3.0 A, with an on-resistance of less than 70 mΩ at 4.5 V gate drive. The P-channel device has a drain-source voltage of -20 V and a continuous drain current of -2.2 A, with an on-resistance of less than 125 mΩ at 4.5 V gate drive. Both devices feature fast switching times, a maximum junction temperature of 150°C, and are compliant with AEC-Q101 for automotive applications when marked with the -Q suffix.
