Diotec Semiconductor Single Bipolar Transistors FMMT619A

The FMMT619A is an SMD NPN transistor for switching and amplification applications, packaged in a SOT-23 case. It has a continuous collector current rating of 2 A, a collector-emitter voltage of 50 V, and a power dissipation of 625 mW when mounted on a PCB with 25 mm² copper pads per terminal.
