Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DIT050N06

The DIT050N06 is an N-channel power MOSFET in a TO-220AB package for DC/DC conversion, power supplies, and motor drives. It has a drain-source voltage rating of 60 V, a continuous drain current of 50 A at 25°C, and a power dissipation of 85 W. The on-state resistance is 14 mΩ at 10 V gate-source voltage. The device features avalanche capability with a single-pulse energy rating of 245 mJ, a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, and a gate charge of 50 nC. The package is made of UL 94 V-0 material and complies with RoHS, REACH, and WEEE standards. The thermal resistance from junction to case is 1.7 K/W, measured at the heat flange.
