Diotec Semiconductor Single FETs, MOSFETs DI080N03PQ

DI080N03PQ is an N-channel power MOSFET in a QFN5x6 package, rated for 30 V drain-source voltage and 80 A continuous drain current at 25°C, with a typical on-state resistance of 1.4 mΩ and 35 W power dissipation. It features avalanche capability with 150 mJ single-pulse energy, a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, and is AEC-Q101 compliant. The device has a low gate charge of 163 nC and is housed in a RoHS-compliant, UL 94 V-0 rated case with MSL 1 rating. It is taped and reeled in 5000-piece quantities.
