DI045N10PQ is an N-channel power MOSFET rated for 100 V drain-source voltage and 45 A continuous drain current, designed for DC/DC converters, power supplies, and synchronous rectifiers. It is packaged in a QFN5x6 case with a low-profile, space-saving form factor. The device has a maximum on-state resistance of 6.5 mΩ at 10 V gate voltage and 25°C, with a power dissipation rating of 50 W.
