Diotec Semiconductor Single Bipolar Transistors BC858B-AQ

BC858B-AQ is a PNP silicon transistor in a SOT-23 package designed for general-purpose switching and amplification applications, with a collector-emitter voltage rating of -30 V, a continuous collector current of -100 mA, and a power dissipation of 250 mW. It features a current gain (hFE) group B of 220 to 475 at IC = 2 mA and VCE = 5 V. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, complies with RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals directives, and is rated for a junction temperature up to 150°C. The SOT-23 case measures approximately 2.9 mm × 1.3 mm × 1.1 mm and is supplied taped and reeled. Thermal resistance junction to ambient is 417 K/W when mounted on a PCB with minimum recommended pad layout. It is the complementary counterpart to NPN types BC848B.
