Diotec Semiconductor Bipolar Transistor Arrays BC857S-AQ

BC857S-AQ is a dual PNP transistor in SOT-363 package designed for general-purpose signal processing, switching, and amplification. Each transistor has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 45 V, collector current of 100 mA, and power dissipation of 200 mW with minimum pad layout or 250 mW with 3 mm² copper pads per terminal. The DC current gain ranges from 220 to 475 at V_CE = 5 V and I_C = 2 mA. The junction temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. The device is AEC-Q101 qualified, compliant with RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals regulations, and has UL 94 V-0 rated case material. It is supplied taped and reeled on a 7-inch reel.
