The ZXCT199C2DW-7 is a current shunt monitor designed for high precision current sensing with very low sense voltages, allowing the use of low-value sense resistors to monitor large currents. It features a zero-drift architecture that enables current sensing with maximum drops across the shunt as low as 10mV full-scale. The device offers three fixed voltage gain options of 50V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V, and can measure voltage across shunts at common-mode voltages ranging from -0.1V to 26V, independent of the supply voltage. Operating from a power supply range of 2.7V to 26V, the ZXCT199C2DW-7 has a maximum supply current of 100OºA and is rated for a temperature range of -40¬8C to 125¬8C. It is housed in a compact 6-pin SOT363 package. The device is suitable for various applications, including high-side and low-side current sensing in power supplies, large-scale computing, server farms, and instrumentation applications. Additionally, it is fully RoHS compliant and halogen-free, making it a suitable choice for environmentally conscious designs.
