The PI3HDMI301FFE is a 3:1 active switch designed for HDMI,Ñ¢ and DVI signal applications, supporting high-resolution video networks. It operates at a supply voltage of 3.3V ¬±5% and can handle data rates up to 2.5 Gbps per channel, accommodating 36-bit DeepColor,Ñ¢ as per HDMI,Ñ¢ revision 1.3. The device features integrated equalization to mitigate deterministic jitter, allowing for cable lengths of up to 25 meters. It includes support for both AC-coupled and DC-coupled inputs, and provides robust ESD protection of 8kV on all input channels. The switch integrates side band signal switching for SCL, SDA, and HPD, with 5V tolerance and hot insertion capability. The PI3HDMI301FFE is available in an 80-pin LQFP package, which is Pb-free and compliant with green standards.
