The DXTN78100CFG-7 is an NPN bipolar transistor in a PowerDI3333-8/SWP package with a 3.30mm x 3.30mm footprint, designed for high-efficiency switching applications such as gate drivers, load switches, and motor control. It supports a collector-emitter voltage of 100V and continuous collector current up to 4A with a peak pulse current of 8A. The device features an ultra-low saturated voltage of 40mV to 60mV at 1A collector current and a typical RCE(sat) of 32mΩ. It operates from -55°C to +175°C and meets RoHS and UL 94 V-0 standards. The package includes wettable flanks for optical inspection and is rated as a Level 1 moisture sensitivity device.
