The DXTN07060BFGQ-7 is a 60V NPN medium power transistor in a PowerDI3333-8 package, designed for load switching, gate driving, and battery charging applications. It supports a continuous collector current of 3A and a peak pulse current of 6A, with a maximum junction temperature of +175°C. The device features a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of less than 250mV at 1A and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use. The package is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and features wettable flanks for optical inspection. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 65°C/W when mounted on a 25mm × 25mm 2oz copper PCB.
