The DMTH84M1SPSWQ-13 is an 80V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8/SWP (Type UX) package, designed for automotive DC-DC converters and load switches. It is AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities. The package measures 5.15mm x 6.40mm with a body height of 1.00mm and is rated for operation from -55°C to +175°C. It has a maximum continuous drain current of 100A at TC=+25°C, a low RDS(ON) of 4.4mΩ at VGS=10V and ID=20A, and supports 100% UIS testing for enhanced reliability. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.1°C/W. The package is molded with UL 94 V-0 rated plastic and is moisture sensitive level 1 per J-STD-020.
