DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH8030LFDFWQ-13

The DMTH8030LFDFWQ-13 is an 80V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power-management applications in automotive and battery-operated systems. It features a U-DFN2020-6 package with a 4mm² PCB footprint and a 0.6mm profile, suitable for low-profile designs. The device has a maximum continuous drain current of 6.5A at 25°C and 4.6A at 125°C, with a typical RDS(ON) of 25mΩ at VGS=10V and 38mΩ at VGS=4.5V. It supports 100% UIS testing, operates from -55°C to +175°C junction temperature, and is AEC-Q101 qualified. The package is molded plastic with UL94 V-0 flammability rating, NiPdAu terminals, and is fully RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 70°C/W when mounted on a 1 inch² copper plate.
