DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH8003STLW-13

The DMTH8003STLW-13 is an 80V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a POWERDI1012-8 package, designed for power management and load switch applications. It features a maximum RDS(ON) of 2.5mΩ at VGS = 10V and continuous drain current of 173A at TC = 25°C. The device supports 175°C junction temperature operation and includes wettable flanks for optical inspection. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The package has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1°C/W and is rated for 800mJ avalanche energy. It is qualified for automotive applications under AEC-Q100/101/104/200 and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
