DIODES Incorporated Single FETs, MOSFETs DMTH8003SPSW-13

The DMTH8003SPSW-13 is an 80V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power management applications such as synchronous rectification and DC-DC conversion. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 105A at 25°C junction temperature and a typical RDS(ON) of 3.9mΩ at 10V gate-source voltage. The device supports operation up to +175°C junction temperature and is thermally optimized with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 1.51°C/W. The package is molded plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating, moisture sensitivity level 1, and a lead-free, RoHS-compliant finish. It is qualified to AEC-Q100/101/104/200 standards and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities for automotive use.
