The DMTH63M6LPSW is a 60V N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a PowerDI5060-8 package, designed for high-efficiency power-management applications such as DC-DC converters and sync rectification. It features a maximum continuous drain current of 105A at TC = +25°C, a low RDS(ON) of 4.1mΩ at VGS = 10V, and a low total gate charge of 44.8nC. The device supports a junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, with a thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.77°C/W. It is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The package is molded plastic with wettable flanks for optical inspection and is rated as Level 1 moisture sensitivity per J-STD-020.
